* Important * This is a notice regarding the impact of COVID-19. Currently, due to the influence of COVID-19, there are some countries that cannot be delivered by Japan Post EMS. Areas that cannot be delivered by Japan Post EMS will be delivered by DHL. Therefore, we will inform you that the shipping fee is higher than usual. In the case of remote areas, a remote area charge of 2,000 yen or more will be added.
GENERAL
Each product is hand-crafted from natural materials. There can be no control of irregularities in colour, grain, veining or texture of natural products that include timber and leather. The presence of such irregularities and imperfections are evidence of the handmade.
Material samples and photographs are used for reference purposes only and may vary greatly from the final purchased item/s. We will not be liable for any such variances or inconsistencies.
EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY.
Exchanges and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please choose carefully, we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Refunds for the dissatisfaction with colour, grain, veining or texture of wood and leather because of natural variations of which we have no control, will not be accepted.
If, however, you are not satisfied of your purchase, on the basis of a manufacturing fault, please contact us by email within 24 hours of receipt. Should we agree to an exchange, you must return the goods within 7 business days. All returned items must be in a new, unused, unmarked, re-saleable condition and must be carefully packed for transport. Exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.
